how many lbs should you lose per week?
I need to lose 60 lbs to have a healthy bmi. So I do need to lose a lot of weight and would love it all off and be nice and toned by the 4th of July when it starts getting real warm out so I can wear whatever I want;-) I know in the begining you can lose weight a little faster and then it levels off. So how much will I probably lose in the first two months with a real good balanced diet and consistent exercise? and then how much per week will I lose once it starts to level off? Is it healthy to lose 60-65 lbs from now till the 4th of July? I’d also make sure I’d get some strength training in there too. Any other tips be free to tell me.
HELP ME PLEASE! I need to know how much weight i will lose per week!?
I am 20 years old, 62 kilograms and 160 cms tall. My BMR is 1500 calories. I am currently eating 1500 calories a day no more. I used to eat 2000 calories a day or more so this is a 500 calorie drop per day for me. I am also exercising for an hour a day. Ususally fast walking at 7 kilometres per hour for 45 minutes and 15 minutes of running at 11 kilometers an hour. I also do weights 5 minutes a day to just tone my arms. What do you think? Also is a calorie a calorie. Like today i ate 99% fat free lollies, about 6 of them which is probably 200 calories but if u think about it also a big banana is 200 calories so il lose the same weight eating either of them right? Im a bit confused… Thanks for your help!
whats the maximum amount of body fat you can lose per week?
I bought accu-measure bodyfat calipers and tested my bodyfat yesterday. I am 22% bf. I want to go down to 15% bf.
How long can this take me?
Considering the average and safe amount of weight lost per week will be 2 pounds. (i assume that includes a bit of muscle goes with that).
I am currently doing three days of weights a week and three of cardio (1 hr) (running and walking)
eating quite clean and with one cheat day (the non working out day)
The reason i got to this level of bodyfat was because my back was bad and i was doing no cardio, only weights.
Anyone with any advice?

How much weight could a 200 pound 14 year old male lose in one week with these steps?
I am a 14 year old male. I weigh 200 pounds. I am overweight.
This is what I will start doing for the next few weeks:
I will eat special K for breakfast.
I will eat fruits, such as bananas, blueberries, and apricots during the day.
I will have special K for lunch.
For dinner, I will have seafood with salad and corn or carrots.
At night, I will burn 600 calories on Dance Dance Revolution. (Surprisingly, I am good at this game.)
I do not feel overweight, but I know that I am. My legs are large and my stomach is rounded.
How much weight per week can I lose? I cannot do other exercises because of my mother. She says that someone will steal me if I run around the neighborhood. She does not allow me to go outside while she is working. When she is home, I am not allowed to leave the house unless she is watching me. Dance Dance Revolution is the only indoor exercise she allows.

how much weight should i be losing per week?
I’m 55 kilograms. I eat LOADS i have a very fast metabolism. I would like to lose 3 kilos that i have never been able to get rid of, apart from that I am very slim.
So I started going to the gym -half hour weights, 90 sits ups, 30 pushups, half hour cardio on the cross trainer and just added half hour of power walking.
I go 3-4 times a week for the last 3 weeks.
I haven’t lost ANY weight at all!! So frustrated…
How much should I be losing?
Do i need to work out more or just eat a whole lot less and go on a weight loss diet too? I eat pretty healthy but I had scrambled eggs for breakfast on whole grain pita bread -should i change it to fruit salad or something?
