Okay, well I’m 13. And my doctor said I’m getting overweight for my age. So she suggested a working natural diet pill but requires excersice. I don’t like treadmills and stuff, it feels to confined and boring. But I do 4 sports a year. I do Volleyball, Basketball, Swimming, Track and Dance. (I do Ballet/Dance all year and this season is volleyball) So.. Will sports help me keep the weight off once it’s off? I’m also planning to cut back a ton on fat.

I havent had junk food in a while except for icecream once in a while. I only eat about 1000 calories a day and I exercise everyday. I am on a swimteam and swim 2 hours everyday and I go to the gym or bike ride also. Is it bad to have candy or cookies once in a while? Does it make you gain weight? Thanks!
